Participants will learn various RCA techniques, such as the “5 Whys,” Fishbone diagram, and Fault Tree Analysis, to uncover not just the immediate causes but the deeper systemic issues that contribute to incidents. The course also emphasizes the importance of implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve safety culture.
